I know this world from experience. Over almost three decades with World Vision International, I held senior leadership roles across Africa and globally, including Country Director, Regional Director and Global Vice President.
Today, I bring that experience into my coaching — not to give you answers, but to help you find the ones that are right for you. I combine the perspective of having been in the leadership seat with rigorous coaching practice, warmth, challenge and curiosity.
